Jon Gosselin sues TLC citing child labor laws

This father of 8 children needs to get out of the media spotlight. Needs to go to parenting school. Needs to have a civil relationship with his soon to be ex. He's most un-attractive and very immature-who wants a guy with 8 kids?
His girlfriend's family needs to do an intervention and get her away from him.
Grow Up Jon and stop whining like Sarah Palin.

He agreed to this . now put up with the repercussions!

He didn't know his marriage was going to crash.
That's the ONLY thing this jerk didn't know.

He knew he was embarrassing his family with his public social life.
He knows that his children will be feeling the aftermath of this (divorce and public display of their lives) for decades if not a lifetime.
He knew that having cameras in their faces almost from the moment of conception was not nasty-and, he didn't care; neither did she.

Money-it was all about money-and they were paid well.

I don't care much about them-I do however, care about these kids-who wouldn't.

Jon only has himself to blame for the legal nightmore he is about to be involved in with TLC. Now, he is claiming that TLC and their publicity is keeping him from being employed as he is too "well known"!!!!! This is the worst "defense" I've ever heard of as Jon only has himself to blame for tarnishing his own name by his whoring ways and bad mouthing the mother of his children.

I've predicted that Jon is going to end up living all alone in a furnished one room apartment all by himself - looks like that is where he is heading FAST!!!

Jon needs to grow up, make peace with Kate to the point of putting all hate and hostility behind them and start caring about the future of these 8 kids they created together. There is no going back - but they both can work on the future for all of them.

He didn't have any problem with child labor laws when they were filming and he was getting a cut of the money!

Jon needs to realize that he's "too well-known" as an immature boy.

It's a shame really-8 children and he will crash and burn-he's heading in that very scary direction.

none of us know all of the details but to blame jon for letting the show go on so long is to me ridiculous. it is obvious he was under a "gag order" in place not to speak out against the show or the exploitation of his kids because in the beginning he was led to believe he did not have a leg to stand on - jon was against filming and stated that he was in a couch interview at the end of one season, the marriage was already over at that time, but there was a cover up to keep the show going by TLC and Kate went along with it for the $$$. TLC tried to appease jon as long as they could until he tired of it all. To blame Jon for ALL of this is just wrong, they are both to blame but TLC is mostly to blame- it is all about revenue in business !!! Of course the family had $$$ signs in their heads from the get go. Who wouldn't with that many children to raise, problem is it all got out of hand. In any event, at some point the train wreck has to be cleaned up and life has to get back to normal for the Gosselin family, mostly the kids !

WHAT!!! A so-called gag order was more important to both of them then the ongoing and constant exploitation of his children?
CPS better be involved.

I also agree. In addition if TLC is found to have violated the law he and Kate should be charged with child abuse crimes.

TLC needs to dump these chumps. The children need to be put in foster care until those two learn how to be parents.

you misunderstood my meaning
both jon and kate should never have exploited those children, the only point i am trying to make is that i think jon was convinced he would be sued if he spoke out
and of course they are suing him
