have you ever been to Shelly Smith Office only the finest of furniture. She lives very well off the community. Go look at what the clients live in. They have next to nothing, all the money each client recieves from the state goes to Miss Smith and her employees the clients get 5 dollars to buy themself a treat. So yeah she is doing a great job for the community
