the authorities should be shutting down the websites that have illegal porn, if the government knows the kid was looking @ it they must know what websites are involved and go after them. as a teen myself i'd have to say it should not be illegal for a underage person to view underage porn. HOWEVER i DO think FORCED sex should be illegal. If sex predators is a problem i think someone needs to get their head out of their a** and find a way to make an underage site that verifies (and not just asks for the age and takes their word for it) that the viewer is under say 18. I know i fantasize about girls MY AGE and wish i could see them without ending up in cuffs. but the stupid pedifiles who cant get snatch their own age, and try to force it upon children ruin that. there is no reason why this boy must pay a punishment for simple hormones.

I personally don't think it is wrong to have feelings towards females of the same age group.
