Sidney-Fremont County Chamber of Commerce President

I'm SO disgusted to find out that the Sidney Chamber president is a sex-offender and a felon. He got into the position before anyone knew of his past... Now the Sidney Chamber is calling itself the Fremont County Chamber and appears to represent the entire county. I just wonder how the residents of Fremont County feel about having a convicted sex-offender and felon fronting an organization that purports to represent the good of the county? I don't believe this is appropriate and I also don't believe that people know the facts. I believe he fooled a some important people who trusted him and now are too embarassed to admit they were wrong and deal with the situation. There also seems to be a huge attempt to stifle all conversation regarding the issue. Frankly, I'd like to know if people are accepting of what has happened, or are bothered by it? Comments are appreciated.

It's par for the course in Fremont county...you folks have exactly the local govt. and other infastructure that you deserve!
