The only thing the county attorney is involved in are criminal charges against Clint for harassment. The rest is a civil matter and the county attorney's office does not get involved.

There are no longer charges of any kind on Clint. The county attorny sees and can comment on all cases that go though the court, rather civil or otherwise. You need to get off your high horse and get over this. Clint will get his daughter back in the end because that poor kid's mother is crazy as hell.

The child being talked about here almost died because she was so sick and wasn't being taken care of. She was turned over to her father and is now being taken care of.

Whats worse? The fact that Rachael neglected her own child so much that the police took Charlee away from her and gave her to Clint -or- Its been almost 2 weeks and Rachael hasnt made one attempt to contact Clint or anyone in his family to find out how her daughter is doing. She never has cared and never will. She treated that little girl more like an inconvienence than anything. Charlee is in a better place and she is happy.
