It was a sad nite in riverton when i asked a neighbor to not burn oil soaked materials because i have c.o.p.d. and was affected by the fumes with labored breathing. His responce showed his shoe size and IQ was about the same. After doing some research it was found that a burning ban has been in force for 2 years. I thank the residents of riverton who obey the law and respect others.,as for my neighbor,i have no respect and would not waste time trying to educate an idiot.
