I was just wondering if anyone knows her? What's her story? I've been hearing stuff about her both in town and in another town that I visit weekly.

If it is the same one she is very nice and has not used the name Welch for many years. She is married to a nice gentleman from Rock Port MO. I knew her when she was little and she was a very nice person. She had a hard life and lost her mother when she was very younger and it was hard on her. Shelly is a nice person don't believe what you hear and believe half of what you see and you'll do fine

This Shelly Welch is married and that is her married name. She lives in Hamburg or Auburn, or Hamburg, who knows. She goes back and forth from what I understand. So this isn't the same person you knew as a child.
