Has anyone ever been as annoyed by the sign out in front of the Covert school as I am? I would love to be able to drive by and actually see what the sign says..the FLASHING & BLINKING! & PULSING! You can't make out ANY WORDS!..& the TIME is ALWAYS wrong. I'd just like to read it! The one in front of South Haven school doesn't Flash and blink on and off lights, pulsing & BLINKING why do they make it do that ? HOW CAN WE READ IT??? What's the point if you can't read it?? I Just don't get it... what a waste of electirity!! Can any of you read it? Not unless your walking....real slow..times wrong anyway..LOL
