bob oliver- you are not a nice person, one day you will be an old man and you will be so mean and stubborn that people will have nothing to do with you. As for these two men may God wrap his arms around them and there families and ease there pain and suffering.

Does anyone who has made nasty comments about the driver know anything regarding his state of mind? How alert he is? etc? 17 year olds texting cause these accidents as well. If he were a crotchety old bastard that just did'nt care, that's one thing. But we don't know that, do we?

What is the old man where your father, grandfather, or greatgrandfather...whould you be so quick to scream kill him? This is a tragic accident to be sure, but were any of you a witness, or just sitting day after day at your computer trying to stir up trouble? Get a life, then maybe you'll have more compassion.

The article is pretty much one sided, it leaves out how fast the motorcyclist was going, this could have been a factor. "Driving across lanes" doesn't say much but maybe to make it look as if the old man was senile, doesn't everyone coming out of a shopping center cross lanes if they want to make a left at the next intersection? Maybe one was to slow and the other to fast? Regardless of who's fault it is, why is DMV handing a 94 year old man a license? we need a age cut off law. For both men and loved ones this is sad.

That same sentimentality over a loving grandparent is the root of the problem. More often than not there is a close family member that "just doesn't have the heart" to tell dear grandpa that it isn't safe for him to drive anymore. Do they now have the heart to watch grandpa anguish over something like this?

This is directed towards "this happens alot" Ill have you know that 36 yr old man was a husband father son brother and friend you should have a heart and remember that it was a life that was gone way too soon! there should be a cut off limit for people driving a 94 yr old man should not be operating a car!

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Scorpio

If something is bothering you, it's important that you say so now, loudly and clearly. It's no good bottling things up any longer because that will only lead to resentment and a slow-burning anger. However, it's important that you know when to shut up too, otherwise you might overstate your case or sound so demanding that you turn others against you.
