Nice article. To bad the reporter never lists the times of day when using the car pool lane will result in a ticket.

What hours is it legal to travel single person in a car pool lane? Small detail that was omitted.

I'd GUESS commute times would be excluded. What are the OFFICIAL commute times?

Followup question: Will signs be posted to alert or warn drivers?
