Missing sence 2003 Nick Harley Shinn

Nick Shinn has been missing sence 2003 and the Ripley police department has told us they dont know what could have happiened to him, but yet to us they did not try hard enough. It's like they just didn't care and still don't. But you know we the family would like some closure. We love and miss him and would like to know something. You know it's bad when it's been this long and it's like no one care's what happined to him, but that is wrong we do. So if you are reading this and you know anything at all we would like to know. It don't matter if it's something small and you think it dont matter it dose. We just want and need to know. To some people it may not matter but if it was your family you would want to know. So please respond to this if you know anything.

From Ripley??? Why have I never heard anything about this before. Is there a website with more information/pictures? How sad for the family...

I remember him when he went to Ravenswood High school. Shame on the Ripley Police dept for not doing their Job, I hope you the family find some closure.

I miss him! I have asked so many people about Nick. I heard he just disappeared walking beside mill creek behind the plaza. Then I heard that same day he had got into it with a couple guys and that's what happened. If I was you I would try and find out who they were. Somebody should get to the bottom of this. He's misses by old friends too. RIP.( even though I hope he's alive out their somewhere.) my prayers are with you and your family

Nick went missing from John Mabry's apartment at wedgewood. He was a friend of mine and i miss him. I've been looking into this for years and what i have found out but not sure if its true (pretty damn sure tho) is that Danniel Moralis pushed him in mill creek behind Mabry's place while he was messed up on dramamine and the creek was up and Nick drowned. From what i understand the only ones who know the truth are Danniel Moralis and John Mabry. Hope this helps. Find Something out. We all want closure.

btw Moralis was a paid police informant and that may be why the police let him get away with it. He should go down and so should Mabry

I was literally in his appartment along time ago with my girl we was both 15. He was bangin her I was sitting in the living room like an idiot when her bf knocks. They ended up trying to press charges. But wasn't able to because he passed a lie detector test! Bullshit I was their. She wanted it and he did it. He couldn't pass, I knowthey hold up any way. I hope you get enough to get the ball rolling on things. It just sounds like danniel.

i went to jonathan's apartment after this happened several times, he never wanted to say much but joey catel told me two different storys in 20 minutes, both with the same ending that he went out the back door and noone has seeb him since. they also had a shirt hanging on the wall and said they were leaving it hang there in memory of nick till he comes back. You dont put up something in memory of someone you think is coming back. if anyone knows anything for sure i would appreciate it. maybre and catel both know something and if u are reading this my promise to u still holds true that you had better not lied to me and let me find it out. we are not hard to find if anyone with real information wants to tell us and if you do have something that will help we will keep the information anonymous. thanks.

I was wondering, why can I not find any information on this on the internet, why is there no news article or any mention of the gentleman being missing? Very odd to me... Has anyone tried contacting the FBI, or going above the county police? Maybe a missing person's webpage? Has the police department tried making sure his Social Security number is not being used, or taxes filed to rule out any suspicion of intentional hiding? Something seems very wrong with this to me, very fishy.
