Precious Memories daycare

I pulled my child out of there. I heard that there has been two cases of Whooping cough at precious Memories in the last month. I asked the owner to get a clearence letter from the health departnment just in case. I am attaching a web site that you can check into incase your kid has been there. www.whoopingcough.net/ When I asked the owner about is she told me that it was rediculous and she is to busy for rumors!
We are not going back!

Seriously? That seems a little out of character. Has the other parent pulled their child out too?

they sound like they are really concerned. Have you talked to the health dept. to see if they really had whooping cough? Hand, foot & mouth disease is going around too.

i was joking about them being serious but they should be.

It's going to happen, no matter where your kid is at. Yes, if it's true they should take it more seriously. I know that it's a serious issue, but think of the parents going through with the child that is sick. What if it was yours?

Pat is an idiot. I would never take my kid there. My sister took her kids there for a while. I couldnt stand to listen to the womans lisp every day. It would be like being stuck in a cartoon world with sylvester the cat! and what is that god awful thing on her tounge?

I pulled my kids out of there, found a cheaper better place to take them, where they are loved and feed well, pat is greedy and cuts coners like food, my kids were always starving when i picked them up

This is not true!

these allegations arent even true u people need to get ur facts straight before u try to ruin peoples lives and business!! i bet this is someone from another daycare that is just jealous of Precious Memories!!

Let me start off by saying that the reason there is a out break of "whooping cough" is because the state mandated extra vaccinations. Just because a child has been vacvinated does NOT prevent them from getting it. What is going around right now is paraperitusses. There is NO vaccination for this. There isn't even a vaccination for the original peritusis, fully vaccinated children are the ones getting the whooping couch. Unless you are going to have your child live in a bubble....there is really nothing you can do to prevent these things.

I know for a fact parents have had to sign even if there not there for the day or she would make them go and not stay there so the state had to pay i know for a fact theres tons of women who know that she made them sign the paper for the kids to be there when they wernt i think pats nice but dont think she should cheat the state for the DOLLAR the kids should be worth more than the dollar my facts are so true just ask anyone who has had the kids she alway told them that if they would sign then they would neaver have to pay the extra tht state was supose to make them pay and after she had their signature she still charged them wrong shame shame

That is not my center she is talking about we had no such cases and I would not say that. Sorry for your mishap but that is not our case here we take every illness serious specially pretaining to children if any question please call me Ms.Pat Kelly

we will b opening our new center in Oct we have extended hours Mon thru Fri 6am til midnight and saturdays 7am til 4pm Across from Helen's Amish.

We are blessed we have great parents and children and the best staff.
People that hide behind topix or fb and cant face person to person I feel sorry for you. What goes around comes around .I sleep well. As far as childcare centers go in Jackson County we are all still in business and are very happy to be in business. Ill say a prayer for you .....

If you have issues with a daycare then dont take your kids there, there are plenty of other options to choose. But let me just say this, it doesnt matter if it is a daycare or a school there are gonna be illnesses spread from child to child.
