why are the dogs allowed to run loose since it is a lease law

Good grief people it is LEASH not lease...lease is a contract...like lease a car, or you sign a lease to live in an apartment for a specified amount of time.

Halls is the worst....Dogs run around here all the time.....Where is the DOG CATCHER????????? I do not believe the people in Halls think the LEASH LAW applies to them!!!!!!

i asked a police officer and he said that the dog leash law applies only to the city limits as long as it's not a dog that is consider mean like pitbulls.If you live in the country the dogs can run loose as long as like I said the dogs are'nt consider evil dogs

That would be viscious dogs...not evil. And according to research great danes are considered viscious in addition to pits, rottweilers, german shepherds, doberman pinschers, chows, huskies and several more breeds
