You must have an abc license to serve alcohol & if you do, u know what dram shaft laws are. If the bar over serves a person & they have an accident after leaving, the establishment is responsible. This means they're financially responsible for expenses & wil be majorly fined if not shut down. So.. They should "care."

You are kidding me with that logic right? you want me to buy into your idea that a bar is no different that a store that sells beer. Really? Of course you can go home and get drunk, heck, you can get drunk anywhere for that matter. My point was a bar, honkey tonk, club, juke joint or whatever you want to call it, is the ONLY purpose they serve is to provide their customers alcohol period. They wouldn't be in business if everyone that went in there didn't drink. So they have to peddle their products in order to make a profit. Hello? Knock knock! And do you think they REALLY care if you drive off drunk as a skunk and get into an accident and kill yourself, or worse, kill someone else? It happens all the time! My original point. They serve NO purpose other than that for which is bad. Period.
