I will tell you this the law enforcement needs to find tommys cell phone and see the text that she sent tommy before all this went down because word has it she told tommy that she needed help from him and that some things were wrong and for him to meet her there and then this happened. tommy was probably doing the self defense thing against that killer. The killer mr james (cy) he has protrayed to be this helpful little citizen of this town why not make his reputation look good in front of every one in the town or county or whatever and then do something like this because of a lose woman please give me a break . and another thing why didn't the killer keep his weapon with him while he waited for the law enforcement to arrive instead of throwing it on top of the building if you ask me i think it was premeditated murder on both of them. the little miss innocent little chicky and her killer boyfreind.James (cy).And if they cannot find the cell phone that belonged to tommy then they need to court order the records from the cell phone company. it dont take a rocket scientist to fiqure this out. did mr JAMES (cy) have something to hide by throwing the knife on the roof ?????????? Yes I am alittle upset because I knew Tommy Very Very well. Now you talk about a very helpful caring person tommy was. It Took alot to make him mad. And ALSO JUST BECAUSE A PERSON GETS IN TROUBLE WITH THE LAW A FEW TIMES FOR MISDEMEANORS CHARGES DOSE NOT MEAN THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR LOOSING THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF SOME IGNORANT PERSON THINKING THAT THEY ARE GOD AND CAN TAKE SOMEONE ELSES LIFE BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE IT . AND JUST BECAUSE ONE OF TOMMYS FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE BEEN IN TROUBLE WITH THE LAW AND HAS DONE A LONG TIME IN THE JAIL DOSEN'T MEAN THAT TOMMY WAS THE SAME WAY. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND AND I HOPE ONE DAY MR JAMES (CY) AND THIS LITTLE MISS LAURIE CHICK GET WHAT IS COMING TO THEM TO. AND I HOPE THAT BOTH OF THEM CAN LIVE WITH THIER SELVES WHEN TOMMY CHILDREN COME UP AND ASK THEM WHY THEY KILLED THEIR FATHER. why is it that henke's story isn't quite the same everytime that he opens his mouth it is another story. did he ever get checked out for his so called broken ribs? was there ever a pipe recovered? how about getting him checked out and also being as it is 4 days since this happened is there any showing of marks on his ribs? is the poor baby having trouble breathing? excuse me that is what happens when you break or crack or even hurt your ribs. and also how can you just throw a knife and do the damage that he did to tommy's internal organs. please give me a break!!!!!!!!!and also why did he take the time to pull the knife out of tommy and put it back in its case and throw the knife up on the roof OK. Lets get real. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND MEANT TO TAKE THE LIFE OF TOMMY AT THAT TIME. AND ALSO IF MS RENWICK SEEN HENKE COMMING DOWN WTH THE KNIFE THEN OK HENKE HAS A LOSS OF STORY HERE HE SAYS HE THREW THE KNIFE OUT OF THE WAY OR TRIED TO. IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO HENKE IS A MURDERER OH BUT HE DID NOT INTEND TO HURT TOMMY RIGHT. AND ANY BODY WITH ANY BRAINS IS GOING TO FIGURE OUT THAT THIS WAS NOT A SELF DEFENSE.AND ALSO YOU TELL ME HOW ANYBODY CAN BE STABBED WHERE TOMMY WAS STABBED AND STILL TURN AROUND AND HIT HENKE 2 MORE TIMES WITH A ______PIPE AND BE BLEEDING LIKE HE WAS. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY MS RENWICK TRIED TO STOP THE BLEEDING WHILE TOMMY WAS LOOSING CONSCIENCE. I THINK SOMMEBODY NEEDS TO GET A GRIP ON LIFE AND CONVICT HIM FOR MURDER. HE DESERVES THE MOST AND WORST PUNISHMENT THAT COULD HAPPEN TO HIM
