It's your Birthday? Well taarrnation. Happy Birthday. I will refrain from the Birthday hazing that the knights used to use. Paddles and donkeys and hamsters and well...I've already said too much...LOL!

Seriously may God fill you this Birthday and through the next year with abundance of His graces & mercies in ways & areas of your life you couldn't even imagine. May it all be for His glory and for your joy. May the joy of the Lord truly be your strength and may you share it with others multiplying that joy exceedingly abundantly.{Too much?} In Jesus' Precious Name Amen.

Let me know how that works out... I'm getting tired of comcast raising there prices on me..
We had Dish and have been paying $133 a month for dinosaur equipment. One receiver was so old they told us not to mail it back! We get some upfront discounts with DirectTV, but in the end, averaged over a year or two, it will cost us about the same. I figured, why not get better equipment (the DVR) if I'm already paying that much? Only disadvantage is I had to sign a 2 year contract. They did tell me I could reduce our package from Premium and still be in compliance with the contract. I can bundle it with Centurylink for another $5 credit.

Good grief, we get it all on Comcast for around $85 a month including Internet.

As I said BARGAIN, HASSLE, tell them you will go to a competitor etc.

Nooooo, I have EVERYTHING lol! We, well I, don't get out much so my movies are my splurge. Don't even get me started on phones and internet. I pay a fortune for those too lol! I'm currently shopping for cell phone plans, to no avail. I've had Verizon but they are changing their plans. Without taxes and fees, I pay $75 for two lines with 700 shared minutes and 250 texts on hubby's phone. As much as I HATE cell phones, we both need one. Uuugggghhhh, sometimes I hate technology!

Had Verizon for years, way back when it was GTE, then Air Touch which became Verizon. Three phones, hours of roll over minutes that accumulate, one is an i-Phone, mine is a Blackberry and not even sure what the wife has but I am forced to have what I don't need or want with the Blackberry, access to the Internet. To me it is a phone, address book etc. and I don't share the number with many. family, few friends and business associates. Cost arouind$166.00 a month including taxes.

I am grandfathered in with a plan no longer available but have had this plan for hmm, since the 1980s and not willing to accept new more costly plans.

Check into those companies that do not have contracts, don't know anything about how good they are or their reach nationwide and local.

That's the plan we have (no texting as I had it shut off), but I have a 15% veterans discount which negates the cost of the various taxes overall. I looked all over but found this to be the best for us as it has no roaming fees, free LD nationwide and pretty much works wherever you are. There may be a better plan out there but I didn't find it so we opted to do Verizon. Still have our landline but thru Comcast instead of getting screwed by CenturyLink but I may drop it, who knows...

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Cancer

Today's Full Moon will have a powerful impact on your health during the next few months. Maybe this is the spur you need to inspire you to take better care of yourself, such as improving your diet, getting more exercise or finally consulting the doctor about something that's worrying you. It will also be the end of a chapter connected with your work, but don't fret because this ending will lead on to a new beginning.
