If the mayor J.B was not part of underhanded dealings in monies dealing with programs in Mckeesport - Such would not happen.

The problem at the Y is that crazy activites have been permitted for too long that drive the paying members away. Today is a drak day for Mckeesport. I never saw a single official try to help the Y stay in business. Shame on us all.
Now I hear reumblings that the Y "problem" is to be made greater by converting former athletic portions of the facility into MORE housing. What's up with that? WHO GETS PAID when the Y gets more Tenants. First rule of checking up on the hoodlums. FOLLOW THE MONEY! Paul p.s. Looks like the circus will be back in town at this Wednesday's COuncil Meeting. Expect open season on Paul Shelly.(If I am not arrested or cited first!) wink. wink. |

It is a shame Ralphie Boy... We have seniors who have used that Y for years to stay healthy and socialize thrown under the bus... We have inner city kids who now have no indoor facility in town to use.... And NOBODY from the Y ever came to COuncil to ask for help! When they suspiciously did not apply as the usually do for EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT $, I knew something was up. Then this. And it seems that by the lack of attention brought to this matter by the Mayor, that he has no problem with us losing this community institution. Hmmmmmm........ I also hear they want to add MORE housing units to this building that they can't afford to heat.... Hmmmmmmm...... We REALLY need to folow the money on this one. Paul |

Here's a money situation that also did lead up to today, and everything that you have pointed out Paul is all well standing logic. Recall years ago the old city building? Recall how the mayor wanted to save money on the bills? How the pipes all froze and costed the city tax payers more money than normally should have been? This is partial of the true and very real problem facing Mckeesport. Paul if you get arrested or anything should occur negative towards you at the city monthy Wednesday evening council meeting (open to the public): Ticketed, arrested or otherwise perhaps someone just may contact the news, newspapers, attorney general, investigative reporters, senators, and other citizens to get the word out about the false nature of such an occurrance. We know they can make up a phoney excuse, or so-called reason (reason with lies to be made to appear wholesome) we will know that it is all suspicious in nature. Recall in law enforcement and was also on TV of the new police show in statement to teach officer carefullness in judgement: The the accuser can be the criminal and defendant accused may be innocent. In basic, that the roles may be reversed in reality. An example given: Did not the recent officer (State Trroper) Mr. Foley (now found guilty by account of DNA included) have the victim (now deceased Doctor in Heaven) arrested months before. The claim Foley made in complete purgury included the main charge that the doctor molested the state trooper Foley's daughter. Truth turns out by fact of very real hard eveidence that it was not truthful, and there was deeper plot dealing with the doctors wife. The doctor was killed (not truly because he is in Heaven) but over all, after the divorce papers issue was found murdered. The State Trooper, Mr. Foley was found now, two years later to have been guilty of the crime. How twisted, tngled a web we weave. Because once the doctor was found guilty, how many officers, as they would a normal person on charges of false claims? Ah, now we have another worthy question. When an person, and in some instances officer wants to believe a liar no recourse is had for the actual victim (The Person Lied About). But a jury may be able to find any liars out, of which a defendant (even those found guilty in lower courts) are found to actually be found truthfully and by the more fullness, wholesome of fact to actually be innocent. If this should ever occur in Mckeesport there would be much to hold accountability for. |

Paul, if I went to your house today: I would be able to factually to prove such a situation does, in fact exists here in Mckeesport, and the mayor J.B. supports it (making accomplice) a very strong case! But already many have seen and know the falseness of the matter, the mayor is afraid, and those with him want it to go away. You would certainly laugh at some points, as have others in position with eye on Mckeesport. Many citizens are made aware of the mayor supporting one such liar, and the truth is in fact forthcoming, I am not very elusive when the time comes and it certainly will. I have shown some of the most credible people that know me for a long period of time, and quite well. The mayor is in a fading circumstance, and is very afraid of the truth coming out. He is a "sweep the dirt under the rug" king of person. A coward in fact, of which the day in forthcoming.
Lastly of example: Recall a certain military man was said by all superiors as completely credible. His girlfriend was found missing, in fact later dead beneath the very upstanding military mans yard! He vanished and is, still presumed to be currently on the run in Mexico perhaps or South America. Too many examples to share for one post, but hopefully to a very reaonable mind, the facts will become quite clear to a knowing mind. |

If anyone was thrown under a bus they were tossed under by the board members who were in fact told to straighten it up some time ago when they called in the big dogs(YMCA OF USA)to ask for help.It was put to me in a very simple way,if you own a franchise lets say McDonalds and you try to tell them that you are going to stop selling big macs and are doing to sell whoppers instead do you think that McDonalds corp. is still going to let you keep their name on the building. Here is the problem you have some OLD board members that just think that because the YMCA of McKeesport is an independant that they dont have to follow the rules, even after the shut down are still saying that if the YMCA of USA takes down the sign that they are going to put up a new one.The people did cry Wolf to the Mayor but it is a little to late if the wolf had already swallowed. The mayor did not cause this problem the OLD board who let the PRIOR management spend money that they did not have with out opening their eyes and stopping it let this happen,The only thing that they cared about is that they still had a place to run around with their clothes off and that was it.The best thing to do is everyone ask the YMCA of Pittsburgh to please take over and maybe the OLD board will no longer be OLD any more. And as far as the comment that they are going to put in more housing units the same idiot who blamed the Mayor is probably the one spreading this rumor. any one can call the YMCA OF USA and ask questions. And any one can look at Pittsburgh's record and see that this will be good for McKeesport.I THINK THAT IT IS TIME FOR THE OLD DOGS TO JUST LIE DOWN OR ROLL OVER OR SOMETHING AND LET THE NEW DOGS TAKE OVER.
