I heard that Junction City is talking about raising property tax and the sales tax 3 percent due to the new houses are vacant and growing mold. I was wondering if anyone knows how true is this?

It would appear the city leaders were caught day dreaming with the taxpayers wallets and not their heads. Developers with big eyes for ($$) should venture at their OWN risk ! It is a shame that the older life-long residents are going to suffer from the younger idealistic leaders mistakes. The city already suffers from the lack of basic retail stores and losing more all the time. I think the taxpayers assoc. was quite late on the questions.

How hard is it just to ignore things you have no interest in? If you are against all that is said in this forum/thread, start your own positive, non-hateful crap!

A lot of the problems come from the military and ex military. Yes we might be called junk town, but do the folks calling us junk town realize they came from somwhere else, maybe called shit town? Is that why you do not live in the town you came from or were born in? Oh well I choose to live here as well as hundreds of retired military, because they have traveled around the world only to find out that junk town is better than the places they have been.

Hey john,

Your in the video about 38 seconds into it.

Based on your precious feelings,I can tell that this is what might be happening to you and a number of your friends.

When I look at you I can tell why you want to pretend that everything is ok, it's your next fix.

Until you can afford it,you want to get on here and complain about it.

You are by definition a pure BITCH,born and raised.

You can't help until you get your next fix.
