If this were to pass, here are a few questions.

1) Can the parents obtain a social security number for their fetus and claim it on their taxes?

1a) And if they can claim the fetus on their taxes, what would happen if there was a miscarriage?

2) In the event of a miscarriage, will the police investigate the mother/parents to ensure the fetus died of natural causes?

The act of giving a fetus 'personhood' carries with it so much more than just preventing an abortion.

3) Will the fetus be counted on state/federal censuses?

4) Will masturbation be considered attempted manslaughter or genocide?

Life begins when the fetus is able to breathe on its' own. The mother's life is paramount.

During the first trimester, the decision to allow the pregnancy to continue is up to the individual who is actually pregnant and her partner should she choose to include him.

During the second trimester, termination of the pregnancy must be a medical decision and during the third, only to save the life of the pregnant lady.

The cost of a pregnancy today is so astronomical that YES parents should be able to claim their unborn child as a tax deduction on their income tax. The average cost of a normal pregnancy and birth is about $7,600, according to a 2007 report from the Department of Health and Human Services. The cost for a pregnancy should be tax deductible.

In the event of a miscarrage3 there would be a normal autopsy just like with everybody else. If the autopsy determines the child was killed by other than natural causes then by all means the parents MUST be investigated just as Susan Smith was investigated and imprisoned for killing her children.

I personally so no reason why the unborn child should not be counted in any census.

So its ok for a fetus that will not survive to kill the woman pregnant with it? Its ok to ban the morning after pill for a woman who was raped? Just to appease some "Christian sensibility?" Ok fine, don't have an open abortion clinics in Mississippi. No one cares, there is still Alabama and Tennessee. But to take a woman's right away to live, or to choose? Its easy for everyone to judge and point fingers when they are not in that situation. This state's ignorance is affecting more than the people, its affecting life. 1) I know how to spell refrigerator
2) There is no such thing as a Federal Refrigeration License
3) The closest thing to a 'FRL' is New Zealand & Australia's National Certificate in Refrigeration
4) Passing the HVAC-R EPA Certification Test gets you EPA HVAC-R Certified, based on the International Mechanical Code, not a 'Federal License'
5) Alabama does have a Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor license, but that's not really a Federal deal.
6) By degree in Robotics, I assume you mean a Robotics Engineering Degree. Engineers working in the robotics industry are mostly trained in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Software Engineering. No single discipline provides the breadth demanded by 'Robotics'.
The Master Electrician License is damn impressive as is the time (24+ years?) you invested to be such a prolific student of the sciences. A tip of the hat to you, sir.
