It's unfortunate the young man was killed, but is this really news? It happened in Massachusetts, I don't see why, because it's Tubby Smith's nephew it's any more newsworthy than any other homicide anywhere in the country.

The person pleading not guilty to assault did so to charges filed for the fight that occured at the party, not necessarily an assault that led to the death of young Smith. It's all in the story associated with this thread.
