Marvin was never terminated. The arrest was terminated. He didn't lose his Inspection license. He closed his shop & he does live in the city limits & he is not married. So suck on that one. I'm not sure about the law on the animals but they are in the process of changing the laws right now. I nbelieve it goes into effect July first. That you have to have a license to have them and they have to be vet checked and Insurance. To my understanding. But how can you have insurance on them when you don't own the property. How can you keep them on property that you don't own and don't have a rental agreement for. I believe the Mayor makes 35,000.00 a yr. I'm really not sure about that. I'm sure you can check that at the clerks office or Attorney Generals offics. The Freedom of Information Act. They have 48 hours to answer.
