Monee Mayoral buzz

I heard Trustee Jay is going to run for mayor. I have met him on several occasions and in my opinion, he is no where qualified to be mayor or even sewer treatment operator. There is better candidates on the board we could choose from. Lets be informed citizens and not vote for the familiar name.

Southland Voice had an article that called Trustee Jay out on his Facebook post about the current Mayor. He accused the Mayor of refusing to allow 11th District Representative to use village hall. When he was called out he was speec8hless and accused his wife or someone else. That is cowardly behavior by a politician. The source of this information Southland Voice May edition.

Jay has some baggage involving allegations of domestic violence. You can read about it on the Will County Clerk of the Court's website.

You can find it on Pam Maguire's website- she is clerk of the court. I think if you actually go to the courthouse you can see the court files, who have way more info than the website.

I went to Will County Circuit Clerk site and he has like 5 previous orders of protection against him. They were dismissed but that is just to many in my opinion. Hmmmm! Also, his buddy has some financial baggage.

What buddy?? What baggage??? Let's hear it, perfect opportunity with this forum to inform others. Also a link to the pages where these orders can found is always helpful!

It does not mean anything if they were dismissed. Maybe the complaining party didn't show up for court, or maybe his wife (or ex-wife or whomever it was) agreed to dismiss the charges for the good of the family. You have to go to the clerk's office in Joliet and look through the files. Bottom line: the guy is a piece of crap.

In my opinion, Jay is a very aggressive intimidating man who is a coward when confronted. He will never be the mayor and needs to be himself with his phony friend. Anyone who is caught in a lie and throws his wife under the bus in Southland voice article in my opinion has no business in politics. He is not liked by many in his party and that is a fact.

I have met him and I thought he came across as phony as a $3 bill. Someone should post all the details of the allegations of his court case. I didn't read the Southland Voice article. What BS did he say?

I would vote for Bozo the clown before I voted for either of those two pieces of garbage (Fartquar and Tovo).

I live in a crooked little state in a crooked little village with a crooked little mayor and his crooked little wife. They drive a crooked little car down the crooked little street to their crooked little meetings with their crooked little trustees. They talk about crooked little things reported in the crooked little paper by the crooked little reporter who supports her favorite crooked little clown. LOL just bored I guess!
