Minor comment, the disease name is Huntington's Disease, not chorea. It's too bad that these sufferers are considered "difficult". They are not and this staff will find that out soon. When handled correctly they are not more difficult day to day. It's that there are no teachers of correct care for them. Once HD is handled as HD then the care requirements are no heavier, and often lighter than the average resident.
