They are on the roof- but they have no weapons- so who are they going to hurt other than themselves??? I say if they think they get treated better while they are sitting on the roof - than they are sitting inside the building - well then let then stay on the roof- for as long as they like. All you need to do is keep one person with a gun trained on them- and if they make a move to come down- then let then gun have at them- its their stupidity they are on the roof in the first place!!! They stay up their long enough and get wet enough or cold enough or hungry enough I am sure they will come down eventually!!!

Their victims will live from the fear and other emotional scars for the rest of their lives, these bastards are lucky they are even alive, they would not be if it were up to me. I say zoom the camera lens in as close as it goes and plaster their pictures all over every news publication in the country. Then tattoo "Sex Offender" on their foreheads. The only way these creatures should ever be allowed back in society is if their arms and legs are completely removed.
