Paul Ryan stands by remark blaming Obama for U.S. credit downgrade

He spoke to CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley about several of the points he made in the speech.

Among the barbs was a suggestion that President Obama was responsible for a downgrade of the U.S. government's credit rating by that ratings firm Standard and Poor's during a budget and debt ceiling debate in Congress last summer.

Pelley confronted Ryan on that point, reading from the S&P's own report saying that it was Republicans' refusal to accept any revenue-raising measures that prompted the credit downgrade.

I would say Scott Pelley showed what a liar Paul Ryan is.

Ever wonder why there are so many different Denominations in Christianity? It's because for many centuries we have been taught that it is okay to be Ignorant of the will of God, when God's word clearly does NOT say this.

Matthew 7:21-23 NOT EVERY ONE that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; BUT HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU; depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Every wonder who these people are? They are the Millions of Christians that profess Jesus as their savior but DO NOT UNDERSTAND what his teachings are.

If you are one of these people, then you must realize that you have been deceived by the false teachers of Christianity over the centuries and come to the conclusion that you are still Lost.

You were made to believe that you were saved, but you are not. Doesn't mean that you're doomed, Christ has not yet returned in the Great Cloud of Glory yet, but if you don't do something about your situation then you will hear the words of the Prophecy stated in Matthew 7:21-23, when he does return.

There are about 7 Scriptures in the Bible that when read together clearly state the Will of God. There are many more, but I myself feel that they are the simplest to understand. They are Matthew 7:12; Romans 13:9,10; Matthew 18:3; Psalm 34:21; Revelation 13:10; 2 Peter 3:9; James 1:22

Therefore ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER ye would that men should do to you, DO YE even so to them: for THIS IS THE LAW and the prophets. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, IT IS BRIEFLY COMPREHENDED in this saying, namely, THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.
