Jenny Combs - child abuse

I saw on the news where Jenny Combs was busted for criminal child endangerment. And baby daddy (?) some McPearson guy arrested too. News said child services took baby and was taking it to hospital because of marks on back and said baby was left outside on a balcony and nobody was home and very bad conditions.
Please tell me this girl is not that crazy. I know she don't raise her other two kids and it was said on topix last year she gave them to somebody else to raise, not sure who has them. Why didn't she give the baby up too rather than state come in and criminally charge her for endangerment?
I know those Combs girls are wild but we are talking about lil babies.

As far as Jenny is concerned she is a excellent mother. Also the whole bs about a baby on the balcony is bs since that child can not even walk yet. The house was in the process of being reorganized when the police were called because of another child running around on the balcony. That child is still from what I've seen running around outside ballard with the rest of the kids and that little girl can't be no older than 3 if that and I couldn't even start to tell you who's kid she or any of the others are cuz there is rarely any closer supervision and that's not good since there are cars leaving in and out of that place every few minutes.

I've been in Jennys many times and I had just been there the night before which is why I know she was in the process of cleaning her house up and reorganizing it to move furniture. Now if its a crime to have your house a mess while reorganizing the place lock me up too cuz when I spring clean I tend to not have any room to move until everything is went through and tossed out.

And lastly there were no marks on that baby. Period. I've watched both the sisters childrenPeas and they have both watched my child as well and I trust them both and know they are both great mothers. If I had ever expected some type of abuse had occurred I would have done something myself about it but that's not the case as I know she never even hurt her child nor did McPearson.

Thanks for your reply. The news said baby was taken to hospital for marks which was quoted from the police report, so who knows where Richmond Police got that. I understand messy houses but most of the time that is handled in family court (social workers telling you to clean, coming back to check, monitoring the living conditions) and that's all in family court so it's private record but Jenny was charged in criminal court. I never heard of criminal charges for just a messy house so I wondered what else was going on in that place.

That McPearson guy you can look him up on jail tracker and he was charged last year with "4th degree assault child abuse". So whose child did he get charged with abusing last year?

Who has Jenny's other kids, she has two other lil bitty ones right? Them kids are cute as they can be all blonde, but I know kids are a lot of work and they sure cut down on the partying. I guess she was too overwhelmed to raise all 3 of them. But I just can not stomach hearing about kids being mistreated!

Other family I believe has the other two Jenny just had a hard place in her life at the time but I hadn't known that about McPearson I don't know him to well but Jenny is a wonderful mother. Honestly from what I understand the worker who came in had old beef about something which is why the situation was blown out of portion.

I heard Jennie is pregnant again! and she has NOT been seeing her 7 month old baby that was taken by child protection - just been no show at visits. Its a shame when the welfare workers can't even get you to come see your baby.

Give away your first two, have the state take the third, don't bother visiting it and then get pregnant right away again. That's an "excellent mother" for you there all right.

Funny since her own family has no clue of this pregnancy that your saying has occurred. Also funny since typically hard for a woman to be pregnant usually on a period just last week.

Yeah hes on there for different stuff including criminal child abuse 4th degree assault. His name is spelled John McPhearson. On the search you have to switch the option to "all" otherwise it only shows current jail inmates. Then when results show tap the dates column with dates to show from newest to oldest. May be few pages. Hes on there 4th degree assault child abuse.

Would not surprise me if his woman is pregnant again. She always pregnant by somebody or another.
