ENERSYS IS A HOMEWRECKER. FAMILIES ARE BEING TORN APART BECAUSE EMPLOYEES ARE OVERWORKED, EXHAUSTED, OVERSTRESSED & ARE BEING FORCED TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THEIR FAMILIES OR THEIR JOBS. DON'T KNOW OR CARE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH ALL THIS OVERTIME AND STRESS, BUT WORKERS CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH FOR SO LONG. EVENTUALLY, THEIR HEALTH--BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL--BEGINS TO SUFFER. THAT TAKES A TOLL ON THEIR FAMILIES AND RESULTS IN A RIDICULOUS INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF DIVORCES. AGAIN, DON'T KNOW OR CARE WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES. ALL I KNOW IS THAT SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE BEFORE THERE'S A RIDICULOUS INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF LAWSUITS!

Seems to me overtime means more money, thus better living unless you're a dumbass and blow it on something stupid. Be glad there is OT. At least you have a job, and don't come back with the stupid stock answer-"Who's got time to spend it?" Quit and find a less time consuming job and quit making your co-worker's lives miserable by bitching about it constantly! Please go and let someone who REALLY needs a job take your spot. Yes, I work there and am glad I do, because my family depends on me to make our lives comfortable. Again, please leave before you have a stroke bitching about your job while posting in ALL CAPS!

The only thing I bend over for is to tie my shoes and hopefully to fart in your face if if I see you bending over tying your shoes, because I can tell who the stupid ones are. Hope you enjoy my breeze! And by the way the "scumbags" give me a check every week to spend on my family; not giving dues to someone I'll never see! Hope to see you in the locker room soon!

If You're a Woman: Jobs don't cause marriages to fail. Weak marriages/spouses do. How is it that a factory worker can work a little OT, bring in more money, and yet his insecure, sniveling attention whore of a wife can claim it's killing her marriage and cry about it on the net... But my wife and I somehow made it through 2 tours overseas and five years in the US Army Infantry, me being in the field 8 months of the year in garrison & gone a whole year at a time when deployed? Answer: She's a superior woman. Quit finding other things to blame for your insufficient resolve and look inward. Clearly you lack the fortitude for commitment in the face of even your own pathetic concept of adversity. If You're a Man: Grow a pair. PIST OFF wrote: ENERSYS IS A HOMEWRECKER. Men and women alike are not satisfied with their spouses at home and want to lay it on the job! What a joke!! They are looking elsewhere and on the job is the easiest place to do it. They ought to fire their hindends!!! Most places have a policy not to date people who are employed at the same place, but since the higher ups are having affairs to its hardly ever enforced.Smart spouces will move on!! Once a cheater always a cheater and people that know them have no respect for them at all. When you loose respect for yourself your nothing. So many where cheaters with their 1st spouses and they never worked at Enersys at the time. Thats just who they are , CHEATERS!!!! They have low self asteam and cant commit to any one person. They are miserable within!!!!

I can say this... my husband doesn't work here but if it is anything like the factory he works at we both knew about the oviertime to begin with. Which means we aren't letting our opposite schedules allow it to break our family apart. He works 5 to 5 seven days a week. I see him for ten mins a day and we do see each other I cherish it even more. So you dumb girls who get married and divorce your hardworking man over the fact that he works so hard to support you.... you don't need him anyways. There are more appreciative women out there who will take him and care for his needs.

You all go on and say what you want, I worked at that hell hole and yes it does cause problems at home whether you think it does or not. When you are away 6 days a week for 10 to 12hrs at a time it does do damage to your relationship. The money is ok but there is no replacing a sons baseball game or a school play, especially when you can't take your vacation when you want to and ever day you miss is counted against you. There are some people that work there that might be happy but for the other %96 it's pure hell, at work and then at home to cause it's all you think about is how bad they try to screw people over out there, I don't regret working there only thing I regret was not taking a shit in the office before I left. Peace out bitches!

If you get on, I'll show it to you on break, if we get the same break. You won't even have to ask the gals who I am. Just look for the guy walking around with the size 22 EEE shoe. They had to order my safety shoes from a supplier called Giants "R" Us, even though I'm not very tall, just have big feet and a PHD. Looking forward to meeting you. By the way, I'm kind of ugly, but my intelligence makes up for it, the gals tell me.

I used to sit in the crapper and read whre ppl would write on the walls about how big it was, and one day I saw it for myself. It was 10 inches completely soft, man it was a monster. I'm sure he don't still work there, for he would be an old, old man now.
