You landowners are calling those with atv's hillbillies? That's real convincing using the poor grammar that you did. You all probably inherited your property from your dope fiend parents who could only afford to but that land because they were the scabs who worked through the coal mine strikes. Yeah their are idiots out there who will ride on your land and destroy it. Go ahead and shoot them, but be prepared to face the consequences because according to Kentucky State Statute KRS 237.110, destruction of property does NOT justify the use of deadly force unless that destruction in some way threatens your or another's life. If you don't want so many trespassers, donate a portion of the land you don't deserve as an offroad area for people who didn't have parents that acquired land (most likely illegally) to ride on. If everyone were as tightly wound as the few "landowners" on this thread, no one would ever be able to enjoy life and the situation would suck more than it already does. Threatening to shoot someone makes you the hillbillies... Assholes.

Jigwater is a beautiful area. If were a landowner and had had alot of land I would cut off piece of the land for the four wheelers, I see nothing wrong in sharing something that the neighborhood could use.

And if I am on your land with I knew was where at I would be there riding and if me or my kid hits one your ass would be in a lawsuit that I bet my ass on that you wouldn't win if you made it to court I don't condone people tearing up farmers land and fences but what you don't understand is that if someone is on your land and hits your piano wire that is called booby traps and your dumb ass would be charged with murder or attempted murder so go ahead and string it up cuz when your done bubba goin to sting your ass up in the prison shower

You can always come to Jackson County. We got a good camping area called Turkey Foot. There's lots for RVs or tents. Grills set up in the areas. Outhouses. A good swimming creek with good deep areas, but if you have a little girl avoid the Harruson Hole it has a drop off with access to underwater caves and is named for some brothers who slipped under and drowned. Trails for fourwheelers horses and cars. Beautiful country out there and its completely free. Good fishing too if the creek is good and high. Also got some good atv trails out in Mill Creek but that is too dangerous if you got little ones.

Especially for fishing when their spawning they jump like craxzy and all you really need is a net. Just wear flip flops in the creek cuz the crawdads.

Wrong on that one. The water way is public property but the adjoining landowners own the land under it. You can take a boat down there all day long but if you touch creek bottom you are trespassing.

I've had a lot of fun times down on jig water and burton lane! If You Knoe What I Mean!!

I was down there yesterday, no wires or nothing lol were not tearing ur fences down , it's a great place to ride or just have some fun
