little girl being hurt. and courts wont do anything.

i know of a little girl under the age of eight being molested by her mother's new husband. The girl's dad and step-mom have continuously tried to prove that she is being molested but NOONE will listen!!! This little girl has gave very graphic details on what a guy's private part looks like. She has also tried telling a women at the Jacy House. but still the judge continues to let this little girl live in terror at her mother's house. The really sad part is this situation has been brought to the mother's attention many times and she still lets it go on. The mother claims that her daughter is ADHD and ADD and took her to a doctor in Richmond that she knew would put her on medication. This doctor didn't even test her before putting her on medication. So when the father went back to court he requested the daughter be taken to a Psychiatrist to be evaluated to determine if she actually had the symptoms or not. Well the results came back negative and the mother was order to take the daughter off the medication. Well that lasted about a month, as soon as the court dates were over the mother had her right back on this medication. Without a laywer anymore what can the father do to help his daughter get out of this horror story??? The laywer he had was useless. The mother lives for drama and will harass anyone to get her way. This mother is looking in at whats best for her daughter's interest and no one will see that....she's got everyone blinded at the moment.....what can be done?? this is just the surface of the story.

Well, in that case, I am sorry if it is Pflum's court. My advice would be to get a family counselor involved, especially for the child. There should be no problem on either side to let the child see a counselor. If there is nothing wrong, then the counselor will come to that conclusion; however, if what you say is true, then the counselor will surely see that. The father needs to file pro se or get another attorney/ a good attorney. If he were to get an attorney, he should get one from connersville who is familiar with the judge of that court. That is the best way to get anything done.

the family has seen a therapist, they've been through a guardian enlighten[not sure how you spell that] and the mother had these people believing nothing is true on what the little girl was saying. She had them convinced that she was an "unreliable source". How in the world would she be an "unreliable source" if she is the one repeatedly being molested and trying to tell people about it. The guardian elighten lady said she seen the mother's true colors but it was too late for her to do anything about it. Also, the mother does disagree on having her child in counseling. The father can't figure out why either. This may seem a little far fetched but everytime the father tries to do what is best for this little girl the mother gets mad and uses their daughter as leverage. She'll say like, " you can have her for an extra hour today if you don't take her to therapy." And the girl will constantly want to stay the night at her dad's house an extra night and she'll tell the little girl, "if you don't stay than you can have a prize when you get home." It's ridiculous. The father has requested a judge change, but the judge keeps denying it. Because in order to be approved the current judge has to sign off on it.

I can't believe the guardian ad litem didnt' do anything about it! That is crap! The guardian is supposed to be in the best interests of the child!! There needs to be a court order for a psychiatrist to see the child on a regular basis. There is something wrong if the mother does not want that to happen. Like I said, if she has nothing to hide, why not just do it? The father might not have a shot but, he should definitely move for a change of custody.

Yeah i know. The guardian ad litem did a lot of things i had never heard of. She told the father that he should stop fighting and give into the mother. She did all kind of things that are unmentionable. Things that i do believe she was not aloud to do. This last court battle was for change of custody but pflum won't listen!! so the father finally agreed to make a compromise with the mother. She reviewed the compromise and said she would sign it. All it asked for was that the father received an extra visitation day, that he be informed on all her doctor and school activities, that a passport can be made for them to go on vacation in the spring, and that her therapist meetings continue. Well when it came down to signing it she ALL OF A SUDDEN changed her mind and said he couldnt have his extra day. So he said ok thats fine as long as she granted the other items on the list. So she signed it. Now she uses the passport as leverage also. And has yet to take her to ANY therapist appointments. The mother has called CPS on the father and stepmother many times and has also called them about the stepmothers work. CPS is getting the idea of what is going on because everytime they go to investigate its not at ALL what the mother made it seem like. But CPS is still required to investigate. The mother's family is all for the father because they all know what is going on and that the mother is just trying to keep this drama going instead of keeping her daughter out of harms way of her husband. my thought is maybe the mother's husband has threatened her or something to where she is afraid to admit that he is molesting her children. i have no clue. im speechless about the whole situation and have hit a huge brick wall.

I would like to know if this guardian is from Richmond or Connersville? My family is going through something very similar with a guardian from Richmond. She has quite the reputation for siding with the bad guy.

Your story could be my story. Same faces just different names. My attorney said stay away from Guardian Ad Litems. Some are ok but most are not. Well I didn't listen and I pushed and hired one. Big mistake. We had Judge Pflum too and I'm pretty sure he fell asleep in court. Now that I look back I can see were I went wrong. I should have backed off and I think the childrens mom would have left the abusing boyfriend sooner because by that time she was just defending him. After a long while she did leave him. Her next man wasn't nearly as bad as him. I know what you are thinking, how can I live with myself if I do nothing. If you can get friendly with the mother again and be there for the children you will be doing something. I wrote letters to anyone and everyone and it did nothing. The system is bad.

I like Barb. The only case I know about she did think the child should be with the father. Also thought the mother should have limited and supervised visitation.

Careful with the GAL in Richmond. She is known to side for Fathers that are accused of abuse and will help ensure they get custody. WHATEVER the GAL recommends to the Judge, is what the judge will decide. If possible try to not use a GAL, let the judge decide because they do not do what is in the best interest for the children.

Our poor children need help but they won"t get it in court or thru a guardian their a bunch of wanna be perry mason"s!!!I know a lady that had barb Mayle and she turned on the mom and acused her of what the dad was doing and finally her kid"s talked if they don"t know what their doing they need to find new job"s

She is well known to side with the abusive parents and ones that are drug dealers. Even one case outside of wayne county where the father was found to sexually mollest his daughter by the doctors, she requested the judge to give the child to the father who had just been released from prison for drug charges, and he did! she will lie to parents up until court then turn on them and even lie in court to get the kids with the abusive parent and the judges does whatever she says. it is sad because so many children suffer for it.

maybe an investigator to document it all then by pass the lower courts, thye don't have balls anyway.

that is just flat out cruel

Has the father taken the child to the doctor, to have any injuries documented? If all else fails in Richmond, contact the Indiana State Attorney General's office about the judge and GAL's not performing their jobs suitably, and endangering the children. There is nothing worse to the local offices than having the state investigate them. Just ask Florida.

That lady is worthless. She put a child in the care of a man that has abused his son and now he has ran away and no one knows where he is at.
