Tom Cooper wasn't even working at the Library when this was done. You failed to mention that in your report Mr. Davis.....

The house was purchased by the library in March/April of 2003, not a "couple of years ago" as Mr. Davis stated in his segment. The decision to purchase the property was made by the then acting Board of Trustees. Tom Cooper was not hired by the library until 2005 and the current Board of Trustees does not have any members that were on the Board of 2003. Mr. Elliot also failed to report that the house was rented for 2 years bringing in some income for the Library.

If you are the person in charge, you inherit the problem and the responsibility. That's the way it is, people.

You may inherit the problem and the responsibility, but not the blame. He is trying to recoop what other people cost the library. How would you like to be blamed for something you didn't choose to do. It's bad enough that he has to take the media heat for someone else's mistake. Have a heart. I felt that of all the 'You Paid for It' stories, Mr. Cooper was most forthcoming. He admitted that the purchase was a mistake, and he's dealing with it. What more do you want?

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Aries

A certain person is being very feisty and fiery today. You may also suspect that they're looking for an argument and will provoke you until you rise to the bait. Trigger points include shared finances, sex and any topic that is currently supposed to be off-limits. You'll probably discover that you want to clear the air, but don't get carried away.
