Let this be a cautionary tale to every girl

Both the kids who committed the rape and school will held criminally and the latter civilly liable.
But, let’s look at what we know.
The rapists where in a secluded area of the school drinking from a 2 gallon bottle of vodka. Some were ex students over 21. Some as young as 15. they were all cut off from the real social interacts of the school (not not popular, aka losers). They all outcasts, bottom rung completely, their self-esteem probably reflected that. The attractive and popular were in the dance.
The Girl – Good but, an outsider, very lonely person. She went to the dance alone and left alone. When she left she told no one. I seriously doubt, she has a single girl friend,(Not that Kami). She left early… because? No one shown an interest? Lonely? Then joins a bunch of losers who are already drunk, behind the school.
Was she missing the proper judgment of a dangerous situation? A lot of men perceive a lone girl drinking, especially hard liquor as promiscuous or a libertine, an easy conquest. I’ve seen this at bars, how quickly a girl gets surrounded by guys when she is downing shots. This is why most women don’t enter parties or bars alone and don’t get totally inebriated with males.
A councilor said, she was very naive and attracted toward “bad boys” Basically that means she was hanging out with the losers, the criminal apprentices. Moreover, the councilor also said euphemistically they had taken advantage of naiveté, which I gather, means they had sex with her. So, these people already perceived her as a slut and a loser by association…
If you have teenage girls, know all their friends, know who they go with to social events and be concern if she does not have girl friends.

It is understood that crimes where committed, 5 have been charged with felonies. The victim is a child. Maybe your anger and bitterness is manifesting itself as outrage over this event but its obvious it derives from sad hatred which probably has been a part of you for a long time.

Did you not misunderstand what he said?These few white gils were being harassed at this school and they said they didn't feel safe from the first day. With that being said they should have stuck TOGETHER(like other cultures)till they saw her get in the car. I was a bleeding liberal my entire life until I moved to Atlanta Ga. I know the hate they feel.I can't imagine growing up and going to a school where i was one of the few whites. ESPECIALLY with a bleeding liberal attitude. I wouldn't have lived to 18. Truth is some whites may like everybody(like I heard this girl did)and other cultures/races take it as a weakness. sorry but it's a fact of life. also, in other countries(like the ones these guys came from)girls do NOT go out after dark unescorted without friends/family PERIOD. This is the way it is there and this is the way it is here, now. The USA is probably never going back to the safe Ozzie Harriet world our parents/grandparents grew up in.

No one is blaming the girl and I said she was lonely for whatever reason, the parents should have seen this and gotten her to another school. Having lived in some of the most liberal parts of the country and living in a liberal area that this gentifing blacks, I can tell you this if this girl was from a liberal home she would not be in that school. liberal are very particular about the educations of their children. My area is slightly majority white but the high school is over 80% black, because all these liberal parents are sending their kids elsewhere. Its a myth they love and interact with minorities. They are the most elitest of people but their children are very smart.

This should become a lesson to every guy out there as well. Your loved ones are not safe. There are savages out there and they are heartless. It is the job of those who have love to protect those we love and when needed, those we don't even know.

If you are not a part of the solution, you are part of the problem! Don't stand and watch while a person is being ravaged by street trash. Stand up and fight! Fight for yourselves and fight for each other. The world will not be impressed by your Youtube video, so put down the cammera phone and help a person in need!

Perhaps there are too many of them and not enough of you. Perhaps you will die in the process of helping. But can you really think of a better way to go?

Yes, this should be a cautionary tale for evey girl out there. You can't change the world and there are bad people out there who want nothing more than to cause you harm. Some people simply get off on your pain. You need to enjoy your lives and take risks, but you need to weigh your actions and when you can, travel in groups. Make judgements and listen to the judgments and observations of others. Control your world!

But guys, really... There is a time to fight, there is a time to risk eveything. I can't tell you what justifies such actions, you need to make up your own minds, but those time do exist. Don't be scared of them, embrase them! Situations like this should anger us all to the very core and make us rethink what are values are.

What's done is done. We can't go back. But we can decide that we are no longer going to be a PC society. We can change the future and say "NO" to a system that hinders safty and protects weakness. Fear not being expelled or fired or harmed or even killed if you know what you are doing is right.

I for one don't give a rip about the system anymore. Casterate these punks and bleed them out!

May God bless this little girl and her family. I hope they can get out of Richmond and frankly the damn state of California. My heart goes out to them. May goodness come your way in the amouts 10 fold of that in which harm has impacted your lives.

I'm not a district criminal court judge hearing this case, but there will be one because felonies where commit, people have been charged and will be held accountable for their actions. And as a woman, I have always been hypervigilant. The men in my life say I am paranioid. Really? Men rape women. However, my vigilance did not help me: I was raped by a man in my own brother's home after we all (the family - including my 5 year old nephew) had dinner together. The rest of the family was asleep. We were up watching tv in the den. I should have been more careful, right? To make out with the guy in the first place?

This appears to be YOUR agenda: We have to be careful what we do, where we go, and we have to be afraid in our very own houses.

First. I am generally not angry about my rape (mostly I am sad, and embarrassed), but do get angry when men - like you try to minimize the fact that many men today are broken. Regarding your comment on changing schools: do you know how much private school costs? Do you have any understanding of basic economics? How easy or difficult it would be for any family to up and move to a 'better' neighborhood or school system is not for you to say. Can you just change jobs? Come up with 20 grand a year to pay for private school? And all the other complications that come with your simple-minded 'solution'. The solution is to teach men & boys that women are not objects; Teach them NOT to rape women and girls.

I don't know the parents situation. But if it was my kid, I wouldn't have her in that school, yes I would swing private, or find an arrangement where she could attend a better area school. Again I live in an area where the high school is 80% minority, I don't know a single parent that has their kid in that school.
