What is it with these freaks, "she was willing" and that makes it okay? My granddaughter said it was okay for me to kill him, and she's 13. Does that mean I can kill these freaking perverts? Why must we give everyone a psychological evaluation, just KILL THEM. I think between the lawyers and the mental specialists, we are allowing too many freaks get away with crimes. I know a few people that had very bad childhoods, but by GOD and a good moral fiber that have made it into their 60's and 70's without killing people or grabbing little children or becoming drunks or dope heads. Perhaps the military life helped in the case of the males. Universal service for all for one year, longer if you don't perform to standards.(this will shake up the college bound mamas boys)

I agree! It seems more and more, these kinds of crimes are being reported. I think the one GOOD thing about it is that these children have learned that they don't need to be afraid to tell and adult. Hopefully any child who is a victim will tell an adult so we can get these pedophiles off the street.

Consecutive sentences for each offense to insure the rest of His life is spent in prison seems appropiate to me but that will not happen.

This is becoming an epidemic! What is it in these people that they need sex with kids? Every day we hear about these sickos and WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS??? Proactively, they need therapy. Not maybe. This WILL have an effect on them. The perpetrator must have at least chemical castration, not jail time. Their need must be removed from the community.

Castration is not enough. Death Penalty. These freaks are obviously sick and no amount of "therapy" will help. Imagine the poor victim having to live thier lives with the chance of running into the person who forever changed the course of their life. Why should they continue to suffer? People always say..."well they need help, they are misunderstood, they are sick"..who cares? They have taken it upon themselves to commit these crimes against someone, someone young, impressionable and naive...they should have gotten help before they acted. And now we are supposed to rehabilitate them? Ask yourselves law makers....if this was your child, would you be so quick to rehabiliate them back into your community? Maybe after castration, and they are deemed "safe" they could be your babysitter. That is of course, if you think that their "treatment" is effective. Give me a break.
