Just wondering. I'm thinking she used to work for the Tazewell County Jail and heard she is back in Richlands. She has been sleeping with my husband.

It wouldnt be the first home she has wrecked according to some of the women she worked with at the jail. They told me all I need to know.

I also heard she is working at the Cargo in Richlands. Was she the one who used to be married to Alan Sparks? You had better watch who you take up for, she is bad news and will tell lies on you for the fun of it.

Did you ever think that maybe by starting this thread, it would make you look desperate? Are you really that desperate to keep such a fool in your home? It looks like it to me. I wouldn't tolerate trash like that even standing in my doorway and sure as he!! wouldn't allow him back in my bed.

I'm not desperate, just wanted to get my facts straight before I go forward. She has probably slept with every husband in town, mine isnt anything special. I heard she is just looking for someone to take care of her. The last I heard she was living in Bristol. It was rumored she is shcaked up with a state trooper, named Phillip or something. Not sure that is true, but if it is, she is certainly nothing more than a homewrecker who wants to cause trouble and wreck marriages. I heard that is what happened to her and her last husband. My husband and I are getting a divorce, just so you know. I wouldnt have him after he has been with her.

I understand being upset. Alot of men and women have no morals or self respect, but sweetie the hoe had nothing to lose....your HUSBAND is the one that put his marriage on the line by sleeping around. Im not defending someone who sleeps around....period, so please dont take it that way. Im just saying that by confrontimng the woman....you're giving her tge power she wants. Once a cheater....ALWAYS a cheater!!! They will get what they deserve. You hold your head high....deal with your anger and hurt in a positive way so that you can move on from this and find someone who truly loves you and won't hurt you. Well thats the good thing about liars they are decitftul and so are looks and thats what this woman is.Talking to her is like putting a cocked gun to your head it is very dangerous. Not just saying this i worked with her and my how she talked about her family and told so many lies on them.for you see i not only know her but i know the whole family. the same ones she talked trash about was the same ones that come to her aid when tragady struck almost a year ago.. i hope she sees this and thinks of her family. and realizes that there not to blame all she needs to do is look in the mirror and she will see who is at fault for whats happened to her

She has a major personality disorder and is a compulsive liar, just test her if you dont believe me. She shy and reserved until she gets the information she needs off of you and she will tell ten times the lies if she thinks it will get her anywhere. VEry well said and you sound like you do know her quite well. Bernice truly does cause the hell she claims to live in. What you said is true. I know the family really well and she has hurt them beyond belief. Even her son, Scotty has hurt them. She has broken up so many homes by coming between men and their wives, Joe Roy earls (who is gross) left his wife for a brief time to be with her because she told him if he didnt she wouldnt be with him. Another really HUGE lie was when her son committed suicide last year, she started a lie on a girl named Nikki Mitchell. She started the rumor that Nikki Mitchell killed her son, just because Nikki was at the place where it happened and had everyone believing it. She even supported her lies by compounding them with details about the so called investigation. As it turns out, there was no investigation, no suspicion of homicide, just a tragic incident. Poor Nikki Mitchell was beside herself and rightly so after her named being smudged like that. Bernice told everyone that her family didnt do anything for her, but when I talked to one of the sisters, I was told they were more than there for her through the whole thing, some traveled from far out of state to be by her side, paid for the services and everything only to be treated horribly by her. Its a shame. Her family has been the only ones with her and Scotty. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Recently she lost a grandchild and I thought that God was probably trying to wake her up to realize that she cant continue on with this behavior. I was talking to a family member who told me she didnt even call the family to let them be a part of the funeral, didnt mention them in the obituary, and even listed strangers as family. I noticed in the obituary that Ryan Beavers was listed as an uncle, when he was really one of the many she has been having an affair with and he is half her age.

There as also her employment at the jail, where she broke up countless marriages and blamed her sick mother and father for losing her job and home when she moved in with them way before they got sick and mooched off of them to run around with every man in Tazewell. She was ultimately fired for misconduct and when I talked to one of the girls she worked with I was told she was the laughing stock up there because of the crazy lies she told.
She is a mean, vindictive and I would classify EVIL person with no regard for the feelings of others and no remorse for her actions. TO ALL WHO KNOW HER, BEWARE. SHE IS BAD NEWS>

Burnice Sparks..is not a truthful person..I worked with her for years til she got me fired..AND SHE WAS THE ONE STEALING FROM THE SAFE AT OUR STORE THATS HOW SHE ROAD AROUND IN THAT BIG NICE TRUCK SHE HAD ..before it got repo!!!The boss started asking questions about money missing ..and she blamed it on me..and i hadnt worked there as long as her and where she was manager he took her word for it..Thank God they didnt try to get anykind of Felony charges on me..i wish in a way they wouldve investigated they wouldve found out SHE DONE IT..Everyone said that she got a job at the jail and my best friend is a cop and he said SHE DID GET FIRED..for lieing and fooling around with the other guards..and for not being able to pass some test they had to pass be a guard at the jail..BURNICE YOU KNOW WHO I AM ..I WORKED AT THE POP SHOP..you know what i told you the last time you were in my yard..I MEANT IT...you better NEVER SHOW YOUR FACE AROUND THE PLACE WHERE I LIVE..i dont know how you could lay your head on a pillow at night and sleep sound knowing what youve done to people and the bad thing is i thought you were my friend ..i helped you out when you first moved here with furniture and anything else you needed..but you use people then when they do something you dont like or you get mad at them then you start awful lies on them..when really your the bad guy..all i can say is i hope you somehow can find forgiveness before you DONT HAVE ANYONE LEFT ..

I am so sorry to hear of what she has put you through. She didnt buy that truck, Calvin, bought the truck in HIS name and let her pay the payments. When she lost the job at the jail because she couldnt pass the academy to be a guard, she had to give it back to Calvin who sold it. She only bought the truck to try to show Alan Sparks up, and he just laughed at her. From what I hear he is dating a really good lady who works hard and who doesnt take Bernice's crap. LOL, serves her right. I dont doubt she is a thief, and wouldnt trust her as far as I could throw her. I was told Bernice had her son, Stephen write several bad checks for her and then let him get arrested for it before he died. She has not loyalty to anyone, just herself and SHE IS HER OWN SELF DESTRUCT BUTTON. The destruction in her life is not caused by anyone but her and to be honest with you, I think we will never know the true depth to her dirtiness and I personally never want to. I hope she gets exactly what she deserves. One thing I will tell you, though, in terms of Karma, Bernice has not lived a peaceful day since Alan started seeing that other woman.
