Yes, I would like to say, I sure hope Ms. Debbie Kirby doesn't have kids!!!!!!!!!!
Because, She DOES NOT HAVE A HEART. How dare her to say, He was justified in hitting those poor helpless puppies with a hammer until they died. He should be beat to death too, in just the same manner.

This issue was insane, if we had assistance in this issue of stray dogs, that was aggresive, the mother dog atacked my handicapped mother there, beating the puppies like that was wrong, but our sherriff department told me personnally to just shoot them.

And you all don't know the whole story....he had shot the agressive mother dog which had went after my handicapped mother.....and in the prosess those 2 puppies had been wounded.....and they where suffering....so instead of trying to shoot them again and not killing them right away....hit got his hand on them and hit them in the head to put them out of their missery. It may sound inhumane, but that's exactly what our police department told him and me to do, was to shoot them!

~I live in the same town as this puppy killing. The man DID NOT need to bash the puppies with a hammer. The man and his wife are the owners of several mobile homes they rent out, they care mainly for the money those renters bring in to them, not for the welfare of the people who live IN the mobile homes. Children even saw this man bash the puppies with the hammer. If anyone here has children, do you know how traumatizing that can be?? Another asswipe in this big ole world of you ask me.
