I'm not sure, but I think it's along the lines of you do something that you mean to harm the person like punch them in the face. But you're not intentionally trying to kill them. Then they fall and break there neck and die.

Still want him to go visit you every year?

I think this POS should visit his victim's grave--underground. Yes, bury the evil bastard alive, maybe stick him in a coffin so he'll suffocate slowly...

I am more astonished that they are placing him in Rice Lake when the son of the man he murdered works and lives nearby. The son of Bryan Shultz has told me numerous times he never wants to see this POS Mark Downing.

I certainly hope that the judge cleared this with the family of the victim. Think of how you'd feel if you went to visit the grave of a murdered loved one only to see the murderer standing there?

First of all, that would be "his" grave, had you read the article you would see that it was a man he killed that he must visit. And yes, because if he pisses on it then prison did nothing for him and he feels no remorse, therefore should return to prison. But if he actually has a heart, maybe this will really hit him.

What the H wrote: <quoted text> Here is how it costs the taxpayers money: Court records said Downing was sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to visit Schultz's grave with his parole officer each year after his release. The Parole Officer will be being paid during these annual visits. ok, you need to get out of the gene pool.

I never said anything about prison rehabilitating him, if you read anything I wrote you would see that what I said is "maybe the reality of what he did will hit him when he is standing there staring at the victims grave." You dont read so well do you?

No i agree with sad the judge would not have ordered this unless the man felt remorse apparently the technique to place guilt to deter this man from further violence. Help him realize what hes done and never let him forget. Your ignorant to believe the judge would impose this on a man that didn't care what he had done. The judge is a lot higher educated than uhhhhmmmm most people. Sometime you can be the person that beats yourself up the most.
