4 I believe this officer made a wrong choice when he hired a dancer to come to his house, but when she called her security guards, he acted in self defense, and he only wanted his money back. This is not robbery! |

Tim, WHAT?!
Mangco, the filing of one charge in a situation lke this lessons the chance of a plea deal being sought in which the suspect would usually bargain to a lesser charge. Aggravated robbery is the better choice in this instance. The guys like these give ALL public servant a black eye. Sad thing is, he probably did some good at work. I'd rather see it end like this early than progress over time. Glad noone was hurt. |

1 I guess you are perfect, he just made a worng choice, and then protected himself from the "Security Guards" that came into his house, uninvited by him. |

2 You'd have to check out Ohio's revised code, but kidnapping doesn't require any abduction. If you forcibly hold someone against their will, that is kidnapping. |

1 And people are surprised when police tell them, "...if you don't like the neighborhood, just move." All this time we thought the police were supposed to protect and serve. Let's give them all a nice big fat raise, a big fat pension, health insurance par excellence and let them run roughshod over the rights of the people. Dress them up in brown shirts and some real nice black leather boots. Teach them all to do the goose-step and we can sleep well knowing they are armed to the teeth but we aren't supposed to be. Keep giving those city officials all the money they ask for to hire more of these thugs. Just what we need. Good grief! |
