Dear Mr. Owen,

In your article you indicate that Kristin Bryant was declared a winner for the RCSD board. However if you total up the number of votes that you reported in your article for both Franklin/Licking counties, they would indicate that she is not a winner in the election. Regardless of the outcome....shouldn't all the facts you are reporting be accurate so that the readers are not mislead either way.

I heard today that Brezinzki beat Bryant b/c of the Licking County votes.

Yup,

When the votes between Franklin and Licking Counties are added together, the top 3 are Tornero with 3729, Swope with 3449 and Brzezinski with 3210.

Bryant has a total of 3135 votes

Although I agree with the addition in the article not adding up, I had heard via other reportings that the three winners were as noted?

However, I agree with Observant Reader that facts should be accurate. Mr. Owen also reported in another article that the District would consider lowering graduation requirements from 212 credits to 20 credits. That difference seemed so extreme that I have to question. Even 4 years of college usually only warrants 132 credits (on an average). Can anyone give me an information on that?

I realize errors are made but these errors in particular completely change the context of the information. I think corrections should be made.

How many more times must they call David W. Hedrick, "Daniel?"

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Leo

If you ask someone to give you a hand today, don't be surprised if they make a mess of it. That's probably because their mind isn't on the job, but it might also be because your instructions aren't as clear as usual. So before you get angry, check that what you said made sense. Relations with someone older or more influential than you could also be blighted by confusion or doubt now.
