So, First Timer: any update on Joe's efforts to get everyone their money back? Court date set yet? Does his lawsuit actually ask for the money back or just for damages to himself and his business?

Joe's so full of crap.No one will be getting a refund check. Correct me if I'm wrong, but has anybody from the AG'S office contacted you about a possible refund? The only pocket's that are full are you and his wife's.

so there is a reporter from Bloomberg News named Blake Ellis. He is looking to talk to anyone who bought oil from viking before bankruptcy. he's looking to do a updated story and needs to talk to some people who may have lost money. his email is bellis9@bloomberg.net. so anyone affected by this please send him an email. there is still a chance we can get back our money or at least let our voices finally be heard.

Stocker Oil purchased S & N Oil company's customer list and is paying S & N comission on each of their old customer's deliveries. Tom P from T & P Heating had access to the customer list, stole it and gave/sold it to Perley Burrell.
Another note, Perley Burrell has a nice new office (with K & K Contracting) right in Winthrop Center in the professional building across from Michael's Mall.

Don't tell me what a great person Joe was! They took my check for futures just days before Viking went bust! They knew they were going bankrupt but still continued taking customer's money for futures. Is that the sign of an honest man or just somebody who was greedy and didn't care who got hurt?

Joe's so good, I heard he's doing is mother- in-law.
