It is hard to understand how a stranger can just walk into the picture and stab a man to death and then run over him with his own vehicle. This killer had no rights to anything belonging to Pete, especially his life. The killer did not know Pete as we did.
I see the killer, Winston Kelly as a coward who deserves as little mercy as he showed Pete.
