So what are his options now? 1)He can plead guilty and go to jail. 2) He can proceed with the trial and put the victim and his family through an uneccesary ordeal. 3) He can find another stupid excuse for postponing the whole thing. 4) He could change lawyer and therefore be granted extension. Apart from this, I don't see any alternatives.

i have the butler eagle online, pay for it, if you go under archives an type in Rasely from 2006, there is a web letter in there that asks who to get ahold of, maybe that has something to do with it, you can bet though, in between me an this kid, you know there are more, i would have no doubt about that!!!
