Grown Up Guy Randallstown, MD	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #65 Sep 8, 2011 I am 62 years old and remember the incident at the bridge at Loch Raven and another incident where two police (or state troopers) in their car witnessed it, too. According to the story in the Baltimore Sun, the car stalled and then following the incident, the cars paint job reflected some kind of heat markings. I'm not in a position to know for certain, but I do believe it's silly for us to believe we are all alone here in the cosmos...in other words, I believe.
