So now you are going to call the workers, "stupid cabbage heads"? I would LOVE to see you do that just once to some of the workers I know. You would find your sorry tail busted up so bad and so fast it would make your pimpled-face peel.
So you take joy in seeing such a violent act? I see. No surprise hearing this. Just a typical violent republican.

Good question. I am not sure people have railed as much about the U.S. Supreme Court's activism as some of the lesser Appeals Courts.
I compare it to this example of a presidential decree. "All non-whites will not be allowed in white schools, white restaurants, and white hospitals." Would the Supreme Court's overturning of such an egregious ruling be activism or common decency?
Forcing free and legal U.S. citizens to purchase something or go to prison is also quite wrong.
Prison? liar. I get these republican e mails all the time. All filled with lies like this. Clearly the only way republicans can win is to lie to idiots who are so gullible as to believe the crap they spit out.
My friend gets them and believes them all, until I must explain why it is a clear lie.
One would think he would see the trend, but he does not.

Your question is founded upon a false premise. No prison time. Stop lying.

The state of Texas said i had to buy liability insurance.I disagreed.I received three tickets for no insurance. The fines were....exorbitant.I had not the money.I was placed in Harris County jail for one month in lieu of cash. The State of Texas informed me that my next ticket for no insurance would cause me to become a guest at the Pea Farm off Mykawa Rd. for a period of six months.I got insurance.

They are not sent to prison as long as they pay their taxes. The amount is assessed on their taxes. Yes, I think it is fine since people who had no medical coverage will now have some, and may allow some of them from going into bankruptcy from a huge unexpected medical bill that would potentially destroy their lives. I am my brother's keeper. Are you?

At early voting, I was conservative in voting "no" to amendment 1 . Despising any change, conservatives would always vote no on issues.
Obviously, I voted 'no'. Preachers were handing out 'yes' stickers at the polls. I got into a discussion with one. I told him how I disliked churches that influenced their members on how to vote. He agreed. Said it was not the place for politics. Low and behold, I passed his church on the way to a restaurant this evening, and in front of his church there at the entrance where you walk in, was six of the vote "yes" signs on Amendment 1. If there is one thing I hate more than politics in church, it is a preacher who is a bald faced liar. I will call him on Monday and remind him of our converstation. You can bet on it. Tax free status for political churches is a crime in my book, regardless who they promote.(Yes, and that includes Rev. Wright's church, too, before any of you get wound up)

Let me take this slow for someone so mentally challenged as yourself.

1) Obama-care states one will purchase insurance or pay a fine.

2) If a patriot refuses purchase insurance, he will be fined.

3) If he does not pay the fine, the government can and WILL have him arrested, tried, and potentially convicted.

If you still do not get it, let me simplify. Try not paying your government mandated income taxes and see where you end up.

Geezz...are you one dense boy!

Waco,

Your innocent AND truthful life experiences are so perfect for this forum.

Hey...little Mikey...I use Waco's experience as evidence #1. Let us hear your lame retort.

I understand that your definitions are quite different form standard English. To you for instance, a liberal is anyone who disagrees with you in the slightest and also believes that Hawaii is a foreign country. To you, a conservative is anyone agreeing with you , believing that Obama is Satan and that the bible should be codified into US law. I never heard you object to Gingrich's plans to return the US to child labor of the 19 th century. Your complacency there is evidence of your support for exploitation of children. You actually believe your own BS about not being a racist because of your fantastic lies about helping in the hood.
You deceive only yourself.

I have defined what a "breeder bitch" is many, many times. You nor the fool grasp it and instead insert YOUR OWN meaning of all women on welfare. You and the fool are the true bigots and racists.
(Or both of you support exploitation of innocent children.)

DAB-Man,

I give you props for calling him on Monday. Please report back with his reply. I agree there is little worse than a lying preacher.

I do not know RS and have no knowledge of his philanthropic efforts ,if there are any. I have no knowledge of any of his success or failures. If in fact ,he is a trust fund baby, that is great, but that in no way would imply any success, achievement. effort or work on his part. I am not envious of wealth, nor do I especially admire admire it, my feelings are neutral in that regard. I am scornful of any attitude of entitlement, especially if it radiates from one so lucky as to possess great wealth.

It is remarkable how many lies you just stated in the above post. You are a tragic figure so full of anger and jealousy of the success of others. You are still young so there is hope you can find success.

No, not just my biological brother or even limited to just Christians, but to all persons now stationed on the planet earth. Jesus said to even 'love your enemies.' I think he really meant that, unless you think idle words were something he laid out there aimlessly. I don't know if I really do at all times, but I am really trying my best. How about you?
