LVC should gift the properties to the township. Although having made token donations in the past, the college has never paid for its share of local services even while they were acquiring properties and removing them from the township tax base.
LVC can afford to give up a couple of unused properties. |

change is ok.... i just dont see developers running all over each other to do a deal in down town ANNVILLE... risky, gutsy move IMO

For most change is ok...NOT for the residence of Annville. Mark my words the residents will HATE and b**ch and moan about anything that is done.
