The staff here are not knowledgeable in the least bit about the animals they carry or the pet products. They don't have heat lamps on all the reptiles, the aquariums have dead/dying fish and are algae infested. They have way too many rabbits for the size enclosure they have. Iguanas (which are vegetarian) have crickets in their habitats that can pick at the skin and ultimately eat the iguanas alive. The staff don't help customers when I come in. They just sit up front and talk. I definitely do not recommend this place!

So many dead fish it made my stomach turn. My one question is doesn't the humane society go down there so often to try to adopt out pets? If so why don't they ever do anything about this? Maybe they "clean up" b4 they come? Just seems a little off to me.

My kids like to look at the animals. When I took my son a couple of weeks ago, the cats' litter boxes were completely full of feces. Also, the ferret had feces on his water bottle and smeared on the hammock he was in. Disgusting.

I was in there a few months back showing my 1 yr old the animals. When I went to look at the hampsters one had its head COMPLETEY ate off. Just a body and bloody mess with other hampsters living in there. When i reported it the girl said oh it wasnt like that a little while ago. But it had to been lie that for A WHILE. It is absolutely disgusting and the wokers are a joke!! I cant beieve their still open!!!

I think they must have to clean up before they come because the Humane Society is pretty serious about the welfare of their animals as far as I know! What gets me is that none of the employees actually know anything about what they sell! Ask any of them some serious questions about the animals and all you get is vague answers. I shop elsewhere from now on.
