Burglary suspect faces twenty-five charges

SANDRA MARVIN: Please plea bargain this case down to a weekend in jail; there is a man--who refused to dance with you at the bar--who is walking a dog without a leash; and the dog doesn't appear to have a collar; and now he's jaywalking with the dog. How many felonies (in your "mind") is that? Use your office, again, for personal reasons and have this guy locked up!!! I'm guessing that he's looking at 5 years in Jackson State Prison. Get him Sicko.

Guess what I heard? They're shutting down Jackson prison...

I wish that people would take into account how corrupt this pretty little county is! I have read on here how Marvin is terrible, does anybody thing that maybe she knows more than you do? Maybe she doesn't, my personel opnion, she is working for our corrupt little county. How else do they make their money. Most of this county has been in jail and over half is on probation. I know for a fact this man did not enter any home or any garage! That information comes from one of the investigating officers. But still this countys officials are charging him with home invasion. Something doesn't seem right here!!!! The news channels and newspapers need to know how many charges have been dropped allready. But we all know that will not happen they will just let the public think the worst and try to bombard any person they want with whatever charges they want. Has anybody heard "throw some shit against a wall and see what sticks"? that is what this county is good for. 12 felonies????????? How many are real and how many are they making up so they can rape the public to get some charges??????? People need to know the truth and not just what these people want you to know!!!!!!!! So who do we believe? Who is telling us the truth? do we just believe the officials and condem people because they tell us a person is bad? It is the peoples responsibility to find the truth and not just believe what we read in the paper or see on the news! How would you feel if they did this to you!?!?!?!?!? You better not cross the street the wrong way cause they need to get paid and you or your children could be next!

YOU obviously have no idea what you are talking about. I am one of the victims of this man and he DID TO enter peoples garages.

After several days of snow melt and no snow on the ground this guy goes out on the first night we get snow and decides to commit all these B&E's. HE walked about 8 miles in the snow back to his place of residence. The police simply tracked him back to his residence and found the loot still on him.

Well if he entered anybodys garage then why are the home invasion charges dropped? Did he enter your garage? Or do you just believe what the papers are telling you? There is obviously defimation issues that need to be addressed in this county. Not just on this man but many of the other things the police departments are doing to the people in our community!!!!! Finding some change in this mans house is reason to charge him for multiple felonies??? Do you keep a change jar in your house? Or in your car? Most people do, but most people do not get accused of stealing it from somebody else. Hopefully this does not happen to me or you! But if you cross their path you could be next, then how would you feel??????

My fifteen year old son was questioned over this whole thing for over two weeks by the police department. I do not care who did this or not but the police had no right or reason to question a boy of this age without a parent being there!!!! That right there is against the law! They do not know who to pinpoint this on so they were just going after anybody they could. My son was at a neighbors of his grandparents the night before and walked back so that gave them reason to suspect him. I believe before they point fingers at just anybody they need to figure out what they are doing first. I do know my son didnt do it but the police didnt believe it and they allready had this other man in custody. Do they know what they are doing or do they just pull what ever out of their behinds and start accusing!!!!!!????

YES, he entered my garage, which is attached to my house (home invasion) and entered my vehicle and stole from me. I had to take a day off from work because I supeanaed to attend his first trial appearance.

I need to bring this up again! lol This man was just sent to Jackson prison last Monday. The MDOC (Michigan Department of Corrections) web site called OTIS has him on their site as being charged with three of charges, two second degree home invasion and one charge of B & E with intent. Now in last weeks Osceola edition of the Pioneer Ms. Marvin told them that he was sentenced on six charges. So what really is going on? Did she charge him with six or three of the original 25 charges??????????

Anyhow his earliest release date is 1-09-2015, I am hopeing that he does not ever come back to our town!!!!!
