The "equality" argument presumes gays are an oppressed minority and this presumes sexual orientation is nature not nurture or choice.

A lot of ifs, ands, and buts, there, I'm sure you'll agree.

And I think the "Chick-Fil-A" dust-up is America's way of saying "We're sick and tired and ain't going to take it any more!"

It boils down to this, lads: Do you want your kids to grow up heterosexual or homosexual?

That's the burning question.

If it's heterosexual, you must reject the "equality" argument root and branch.

There's really no other way -- no diplomacy, no "peace in our time," no "Let's let them have same-sex marriage and be done with it!" -- and that's because once they get their meat hooks into same sex marriage the next thing they hook is your sons and daughters.

You many believe in the Geneva Convention's rules of war but gays don't. Women and children are fair game in their book.

In fact, the transgender grade school teachers in Massachusetts are already teaching kids homosexuality is awesome.

The way the Prop 8 situation stands currently is that the pro prop 8 side has filed with the Supreme court for them to take the case on! If the Supreme court passes on hearing the appeal(and they most likely will) Marriage equality will begin once again this October in California and Prop 8 will once again go on that great crap heap of history! More specifically, SCOTUS will look at it on like the 24th of September.......if they opt not to hear the appeal.......from my understanding......Marriages can start on the 25th of September.......and yes, Prop 8 will be on that crap pile of history!!!
