There is no evidence that HIV has been around for 1000s of years. Quite the contrary, the evidence points to emergence of the virus from SIV less than 200 years ago. More likely around 100 to 140 years ago.

Quick history lesson for you. Skinner associates procreation with marriage. Why? They were about to carve out a very important exception to precedent. Standing in the way of Skinner keeping his boys in working order was the case of Buck v Bell, which said that the right to procreate was worth nothing more than a rational review and if the state had a good reason to put you permanently out of the reproductive effort, they could do so without violating your rights. Skinner and company needed more than that because keeping habitual felons from breeding was a pretty reasonable notion there at the tail-end of the Eugenics movement in this country. He tied his testicles to his 'marriage', hoped for a little more in the way of a review and got it. Vasectomying the right of an individual to procreate within their marriage takes a little more scrutiny, because there are the rights of another involved and she may not want him fixed. The ruling does not extend an inherent right to marriage only to those who procreate, the legal validity of the Skinners marriage wasn't even a question before the court. It was the legal fact that he had already exercised that right to marriage, which created the exception for his right to procreate to stand any chance to exist. No Mrs Skinner, no real right to any potential future little Skinners.

The individual's right to be legally married, as alluded to in Skinner, but not spelled out until Loving, had to have been already exercised by Sinner for his new found procreative rights to even exist. No marriage and the state can kick you out of the gene pool for pretty much any reason, as long as it seems reasonable.

Your right to procreate within your marriage comes from your right to marry, not the other way around.

Another question for you...it has been proven time and time again that children do better in a home with a SAHM. Of course in this nasty economy that is not a possibility for most. What do you suggest in those situations oh great one? I did stay home with my four - I was fortunate to be able to do so. Should children be refused to couples that have careers? What will become of all the foster and adoptive children? Isn't a stable home to love, nurture and care for them, regardless of gender better than a group home or being bounced from foster home to foster home?
