FEMALE CASHIER ROBBED PAYING CUSTOMER!!!
The evening of March 31, 2010 approx at 8:00 pm my boyfriend and I went to the 76 Station located on 5th Ave. The doors were locked so I had to make my purchase via security window. My total came to $14.97 and I paid with a $20.00. My change would have been $5.03. When the female cashier gave me my items threw the drawer she stated that she was not going to give me the one pack of cigarettes she charged me for $4.69 or my change of $5.03 because she accused me of making a purchase on March 22, 2010 with a counterfeit ten dollar bill. She gave me this counterfeit ten dollar bill along with a receipt from March 22, 2010. I was arguing with her that she can not assume I was the one on the 22nd that gave her the counterfeit money and I demanded my change back and my pack of cigarettes and she refused and continued to say she knows I am the one who gave this to her. I told her that she could not possibly pin that on me eight days after the fact and I could not possibly be the only customer that entire day that paid with a ten dollar bill, and she can not keep my money based on her assuming I gave this counterfeit money to her. She was arguing to the point that there was no getting her to understand she had no proof to pin this on anyone eight days after the fact and she had no right to keep my money.
My boyfriend told her to call the police because what she is doing is illegal. We waited around for 20 minutes but we had to leave because we didnít have our cell phones and my neighbor was watching our son. My boyfriend gave her our phone number and asked her to have the police call us but that never occurred.
Since the 22nd of March I have been in there a few other times and she has seen me so she could of confronted me then. I have been going to that station 3 or 4 times a week for many years..
