New Fences at Birney,Beryl and Madison Schools

I am the mfg and installer of the new wrought iron fences at these Schools, we fabricated and installed the fence as per our detail, the district is saying that the fence should have been done different way, we were on these projects for four weeks and all of the managers and School officials were watching and complimenting the fence and the quick installation they also added more work during that time,after the fence was completed they told me that the cross rails that we used were suppose to be square tubing and we used a "C" channel, this was used to prevent water build up and corrosion being so close to the ocean and salt air, they now want up to remove and replace the fence with the cross section using square tubing because they said the fence looks cheap and fragile. This means removing and destroying the fence and fabricating a new one.
My question to the residences of Redondo Beach-is to look at the fence and let me know if it seems to you weather the fence needs to be replaced or is the District going overboard.

The fence looks horrible in my opinion. Your company looks like it has no idea what it is doing. The guy in the white Ford truck (older guy) looked like a chicken with his head cut off the entire project.

The owner of this company is a slime ball. Does not pay his employees and then avoids all contact with them after the job is complete. The owner, Michael Villasenor, has a reputation for not paying employess (over $10,000 in some cases). Boycott this thief!!!!
