How is your standard of living suffering....do you work three jobs....don’t hire those people...most business owners want hard workers....not people who want listen to their iPods all day....

The pot calling the kettle black... they both need to go HOME. Claims of unfairness? Here are just a few of the costs to you if you are reading this. Costs that should be happening in Mexico. If you are reading this; is the below fair to you, and this is only her part...
Court costs to try this case
Four kids taxing our schools
Sleeping pills paid for by Medi-Cal
Emergency services for the accident
Disregard for our several of our nations laws
Displaced workers from her presence in the U.S.
Probable welfare costs now, and future costs when her 16 year old soon has Keeds.
Now his part...
Mexican national with no license, no insurance and no englais
District attorney costs
Interpreter costs
Court costs
filing fees
DUI and reckless driving
Emergency costs
Displaced college student workers
Disregard for our several of our nations laws
And she wants this Idiot to turn and look at her suffering. How about she turn and look at our suffering and our lower standard of living since the arrival of these two parties and many more!
The Idiot, Antonio Mateo, who can't possibly pay the $900,000 judgement is going to stick it to this lady and bail out of here. Poor Mrs. Ontiveros is about to find out what happens to legal citizens here in America everyday.

Take good long look into the deals that come out of Compton Court, you will see all kinds of injustices that these criminals get away with.

"redneck culture" is nascar and budlight culture????
John Fisher wrote:
I am amazed that you imbeciles are "debating" illegal immigration in your own juvenile way. There are too many people killed by drunk drivers in America, whether they are "legal" or not. The question is why Americans tolerate drunk driving. People with multiple DUI convictions are still out in public; we're almost begging them to kill someone. In other countries, this crime is taken seriously. In many European nations, a first conviction mean a loss of license for 10 years and a three year prison term. A second conviction results in a lifetime ban on driving and 10 years in prison. Needless to say, they don't have as much of a problem with drunk driving deaths as does the U.S. I think Americans tolerate drunk driving because 1) it's part of our redneck culture; and 2) the big liquor companies like it that way.

As a white caucasian man, i am embarassed by all the judgemental comments being made here. What about the white rednecks who also drive drunk and kill innocent people. Do any of you post that they need to go back to Europe where they came from? or an oriental person who kills someone from drunk driving that they too need to go back to Japan, China, Korea, or the Philipines? Or Black folks who kill someone from drunk driving need to go back to Africa? Why is it all the time i always read you arrogant WHITE folks have to rush to judgement and say, Send them back to Mexico!! You are an embarassment to the white community and should be ashamed of yourselves, for passing judgement so quickly. So what else is new, we American Citizens have to pay for other crimes commited by Whites who are in jail as well for Molestation, Burglary, Domestic Violence, tax evasion, etc., etc., but you never have anything to say about that now do you. All you know how to do is bash every other nationality but your own. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and get a life, then maybe, just maybe, this world would be a better world if we just kept our comments to ourselves instead of being ignorant, whites, blacks, latinos, oriental, or whatever and just shut up!!!

Mostly agree with you. A problem I see is the fact that we allow a driver to drink a little and drive. Zero tolerance is better. How is a person supposed to know how much is too much? The legal blood alcohol limit should be 0.

As much as I try and sit here and read your comments over over and over again I just cant seem to understand what the hell you are trying to accomplish with your statement below. It's incredible how you try and turn this family's suffering into this garbage below. Yes the killer is of Mexican origin, yes he was here illegaly so you are telling me that if an American State Citizen killed this man it would be okay because he belongs here? Dude you are a complete idiot. The point here on what this widow is trying to accomplish is justice, not just on her case on many others. The laws for individuals that drive drunk and kill people is way way unreasonable. It is stupid that these people do not get the punishment they should be getting, the punishment to rot in jail for years! Not just 5 years! Maybe you and all these other ignorant people should go back and read the article and maybe this time your "little minds" can work and hopefully understand the meaning of the article. Such an idiot... Stick your head out of your a$$...

A case of beer was found in the truck and Mateo, who worked at the Bluewater Grill in Redondo Beach, was driving with an invalid license.

So why isn't the INS shutting down or entering the Bluewater premises for hiring illegals. Don't eat there or YOU will continue to be the problem!!
